Cross-border real estate platform
Property, legal structure, and tax—coordinated into one purchase in Portugal, Spain, or Brazil. When you want it, we architect and guide a residency pathway alongside it.
Destinations

Direct ownership in Lisbon, Porto, Aveiro, or the Algarve—or residency through a CMVM-regulated fund. Two separate mandates, one coordinated crossing.

You can buy freely in Spain—but the purchase is just the property. Mobility is a parallel visa track, not a property reward.

Brazil is the exception: under VIPER, the qualifying purchase itself can generate residency—when rules and capital registration are done right.
View destinationFind your path
The same destination behaves differently depending on where you buy from—your tax overlay, your sequence, and whether a residency pathway even applies. Pick your origin to see the corridor written for you.
Two distinct paths
These are separate mandates. A deed to a home is not a visa product; a fund subscription is not ownership of the flat you toured.
You may pursue one path, both in parallel, or neither—each is assessed on its own merits with counsel.
How Blue Bridge works
Blue Bridge Ventures originates and structures the whole operation—property, legal framework, optional residency, and tax framing. The property transaction itself is carried out by licensed brokers and counsel in each destination. You get one coordinated operation instead of a stack of strangers in a country you don't know yet.
We define the brief, separate the property from the residency pathway, sequence the steps, and coordinate counsel on both sides of the border.
The deed, registration, and any visa filing are handled by licensed local brokers and lawyers—regulated where the asset and the permit live.
Every tax, residency, and visa figure carries a date and a status. Proposed or stalled rules are flagged as such—never sold to you as settled law.
